Fractional executives
You do not need a full C-suite to get C-level decisions. A fractional executive joins your leadership team for ten to twenty hours a week, owns a function, and builds the systems and people so the function runs without them.
What you leave with
A function that has a strategy, a budget, a dashboard and a team that can execute, led by someone who has done it before.
Who it is for
- Companies from $2M to $30M with a gap at the leadership table
- Founders who are still running finance, marketing or operations themselves
- Businesses preparing for a sale that need clean reporting and a management layer
What we deliver
- Fractional CFO: planning, cash flow, pricing, lender and investor readiness
- Fractional CMO: positioning, demand generation, brand, marketing team and agency oversight
- Fractional CTO: technology roadmap, vendor selection, product and automation
- Fractional COO: operating cadence, process, hiring plans, KPI system
- Weekly leadership presence, monthly board-style review
- Knowledge transfer and a hiring plan for a full-time successor when the time comes
How it runs
1Scope
A two-week assessment of the function and a 90-day plan.
2Embed
The executive joins your meetings, systems and Slack. Decisions start being made.
3Build
Process, reporting, people. The function stops depending on the founder.
4Transition
Scale the engagement down, hand off to a hire, or keep the advisory seat.
Engagement and fees
Monthly retainer for a part-time seat (10 to 20 hours a week), project-based for a defined initiative, or advisory for monthly counsel. Every engagement is scoped after a call and quoted in writing.

Questions about this service
Who are the executives?
Ali Sedighi takes CMO and CTO seats personally. CFO and COO seats are filled from the firm's senior bench, each with operating experience in Canadian companies, and Ali stays accountable for the engagement.
What if we need more than one function?
That is usually a Growth Partner engagement: marketing, operations and technology under one accountable team.
